Service overview

Lead Rescue LLC provides software tools for AI voice call answering, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, SMS confirmations and reminders, customer care messaging, dashboard visibility, and related workflow support for service-based businesses.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Lead Rescue only for lawful service-related communication. You are responsible for ensuring your business communications comply with applicable laws, industry rules, carrier requirements, consent requirements, call recording and wiretap laws, AI disclosure requirements, and messaging platform policies.

AI voice and automated communication terms

By calling, texting, or otherwise contacting a business that uses Lead Rescue, you understand that AI-powered voice, text, or chat assistants may answer calls, respond to messages, qualify service requests, collect appointment details, and help schedule service. Calls and messages may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, and stored for service delivery, quality assurance, recordkeeping, and support. You may request a human representative at any time.

SMS terms

By providing your phone number, calling, texting, or requesting service communication from a business that uses Lead Rescue, you may receive service-related SMS messages for appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, lead qualification, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help.

No emergency service guarantee

Lead Rescue can help identify urgent language and route conversations, but it is not an emergency dispatch service. Businesses using Lead Rescue remain responsible for reviewing urgent requests and responding appropriately.

Platform availability

We work to keep Lead Rescue reliable, but availability can depend on internet services, hosting providers, messaging providers, carriers, third-party APIs, and customer configuration.
