Service overview

Lead Rescue LLC provides software tools for missed-call text-back, lead qualification, appointment coordination, customer care messaging, dashboard visibility, and related workflow support for service-based businesses.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Lead Rescue only for lawful service-related communication. You are responsible for ensuring your business communications comply with applicable laws, industry rules, carrier requirements, consent requirements, and messaging platform policies.

SMS terms

By providing your phone number, calling a business that uses Lead Rescue, or requesting service communication, you may receive service-related SMS messages for missed-call follow-up, appointment coordination, lead qualification, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

No emergency service guarantee

Lead Rescue can help identify urgent language and route conversations, but it is not an emergency dispatch service. Businesses using Lead Rescue remain responsible for reviewing urgent requests and responding appropriately.

Platform availability

We work to keep Lead Rescue reliable, but availability can depend on internet services, hosting providers, messaging providers, carriers, third-party APIs, and customer configuration.
